The WTPN recognises the positive value of diversity, promotes equality, and challenges discrimination.
Equality and diversity requires active commitment and collective action to build an inclusive environment where opportunities are open to everyone. At The WTPN we value diversity. Our network is a community where everybody can reach their full potential without fear of harassment, prejudice or discrimination. All members of our network have a responsibility to create inclusive environments where people feel welcome and are able to be themselves.
In our continuous efforts to embed equality and diversity as part of the network, we have accountability for compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and for ensuring that we are able to demonstrate compliance by:
Removing and/or minimising disadvantages suffered by those with protected characteristics;
Taking steps to meet the needs of those from protected groups where these are different from the needs of others; and
Encouraging those from protected groups to participate in public life and/or in other activities where their participation is disproportionately low.

It is expected that all network members, including those who may be working on behalf of The WTPN, will behave in an acceptable manner; treating others as they would expect to be treated and conducting themselves professionally at all times. Any improper behaviour including bullying, harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated. All allegations will be dealt with appropriately under the relevant company procedures.
