As part of the Workforce for the Future Project, the Western Training Provider Network is looking to hire a Project Administrator to help our newly launched Share To Support apprenticeship scheme. Our EU and West of England Combined Authority funded ‘Share to Support’ scheme helps large businesses support smaller businesses in the West of England region through utilising apprenticeship funds to create new job opportunities and support regional growth.
We are seeking an approachable, organised, team member that loves detail, processes and spreadsheets, is full of enthusiasm and curiosity, comfortable speaking to customers and is keen to develop our operations and systems further as we continue to build and grow our new service.
The successful candidate will support and work with the Director and Apprenticeship Levy Manager to deliver a high-quality Apprenticeship levy transfer service that meets the needs and aspirations of funders, local employers employers, SMEs, training providers, partners and participants. They candidate will implement and manage systems and processes to ensure we maintain up to date information for our project, contract delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the service.
