We are seeking an Apprenticeship Candidate Growth Manager to lead, innovate, shape and deliver the direction of our apprenticeship services for young people, schools, parents, teachers and link in with our employer services team..

Presently there is a significant increase in young people applying for University, and whilst apprenticeship candidate numbers are healthy, they aren’t keeping up with the supply of vacancies. Through work we have been delivering with schools, students, parents and partners, there is real excitement and interest in the apprenticeship brand and our service but it’s not currently resulting in a significant increase in applications. We want to understand why excitment isnt translating into markedly more candidates and reverse this trend. The offer to you, if successful is an opportunity to make a real difference.
If successful you would lead, develop and deliver two specific contracts Apprenticeship Information, advice and guidance for 22/23 and potentially beyond, the ASK programme, and Parental Engagement in ATE in West of England, ensuring the two contracts achieve KPI success and all deliverables achieved.
You will work with key stakeholders, schools, our contract managers, the WTPN team, delivery consultants and the WTPN network to bring alive this element of the WTPN’s Apprenticeship Hub concept. Apprenticeship Information, Advice and Guidance, candidate growth.
This is a F/T role with a competitice salary, we are seeking candidates with prior Apprenticeship expericence. See JD below.
