The Western Training Provider Network is seeking a new member to join their friendly team and be the driving force behind our successful and unique regional Apprenticeship levy share service (Share to Support) and help us deliver on our mission ‘to inspire, educate and support businesses and individuals in the West of England to maximise their potential through Apprenticeships’.
The project is already achieving fantastic results having enabled large businesses to pledge over £2m of unspent apprenticeship levy regionally; we have facilitated the sharing of over £1m which has created over 200 new apprenticeship in the West of England to date.
You will be adept at relationship management, account management, presenting, influencing, communication and have an eye for detail. You will have a supportive and well networked team to work alongside you.
The more funds that we encourage larger employers to share the more Apprenticeship opportunities we enable in the region. This is therefore a role for a self-starter, someone with tenacity and drive, that can build a pipeline of business and deliver results on a regular basis.
It’s an interesting and varied role. You will enjoy connecting with and building relationships with employers, large and small, negotiating layers of management and working strategically with regional stakeholders, manage the gifting process, track transactions, triangulate large employers gifts with smaller businesses (receiving employers) and training providers, supporting our employer clients and funders, providing feedback and case studies and celebrating successes.
